Tumor Therapy In article number 2106606, Nan Qin, Tiger H. Tao, and co-workers report a heterogenous silk microneedle patch to spatiotemporally sequentially deliver multiple therapeutic drugs for hemostasis, anti-angiogenesis, apoptosis of brain tumor cells. Drug release kinetics are well-defined by tuning the crosslinking degree applying trigger transcranial NIR-light irradiation. This biodegradable has potential applications clinical treatment intracranial tumors.
